Kandoo Equine is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Shipping:

All items are shipped within 24 hours (please allow 5 business days for delivery within Australia and 8 if posted to outside Australia).

Shipping costs will be calculated on checkout and are no higher than Australian Post charges

Transaction currency is $AU (NTSC versions of the DVDs will be sent to USA and other relevant country addresses)

Refund Policy:

Please choose carefully. Unopened/faulty DVDs will be refunded but please try to notify Kandoo Equine within 24 hours of receipt.
