2013 Working Equitation Dates - dates for Working Equitation Clinics at Kangadoo ($125 a day and $50 for fence sitters) are now up on the WEQ page.
Working Equitation at Goulburn Dressage - Kandoo Equine is very pleased to announce that Goulburn Dressage will be hosting a 'have-a-go' Working Equitation (obstacles) arena at their next training day. Put the date in your diary - February 2nd, 2013. The cost will be just $10 (pay on the day) and a Working Equitation Judge and Trainer will guide you around the course. We hope to do a number of full competitions in conjunction with the dressage days in the future - so come along and 'have-a-go'!
Murrumbateman Field Days - a wonderful weekend at Murrumbateman Field Days! 14 demonstrations over two days and three beautifully behaved stallions - foundation training put to the test. We were located next to side-show alley and each of the horses took absolutely everything in their stride. Below is one of ten short videos that are now available on the Kandoo Video Training Club Site (still only $9.95 a month with no minimum membership).

Working Equitation Clinics - now in the diary. Two WEQ clinics, the 15th and 29th of September will be held at Kangadoo. The competition is at SIEC on October 6th. The Andalusian State Championships coincide with this competition so you can also enter in to these if you like (any breed).
The Kandoo Club Opens! The Kandoo Club has been launched. The club is an on-line training resource designed for those of you that cannot make it to Kangadoo to train in-person. Each lesson is broken down into suitable steps and you can even watch them on your iPhone at the arena. One new member will be chosen at random each week to receive their choice of training DVD from the 'Private Lesson Series'. Join now and be the next winner - only $9.95 a month!

New Training DVDs have arrived! NTSC versions of all titles now available for the USA.
Starting Under Saddle Courses: The courses filled up very quickly so there is an additional course on starting on June 24th. They run every other Sunday (or sometimes on the Saturday depending upon Kate's judging and competing commitments). Call Kate if you would like to join this group. It is suitable for the untouched horse, unbroken or more experienced horse that lacks good solid foundation training. It is a wonderful course for you to do if you have recently bought a new horse as well!

Below is a short video of a young untouched Andalusian gelding that attended a three day clinic recently at Kandoo Equine.
This horse attended his first show just a few days after the video was shot and did very well in his led class.
Harry performed so well at the Pinto State Championships that he was awarded State High Point Stallion Champion. For a full list of his placings click here.
